Here’s a quick list of the fitness programs that I’ve created to help thousands of people lose weight and get fitter than ever.
These workouts are primarily audio-guided mp3 workout programs where I coach you over your headphones – my claim to fame. I developed them to give more people access to fitness coaching and motivation without having to break the bank to hire a trainer.
So all you need to do is download a workout, load it onto your iPod or mp3 player and you’ve got me on your headphones to guide you throughout the workout. It’s truly awesome stuff!

Fitter U is a 12-week workout program for beginners. It features my voice over your headphones to guide you step-by-step through your workouts. With minimal equipment and time, you can start getting in great shape without the need hire a trainer or even go to the gym.
Since the workouts require minimal equipment, you can do them at home, in the gym, or while you travel. e.
Fitter U is designed for the beginner or the individual who doesn’t have much experience working out. It is meant to help you lose weight in a time efficient manner with minimal equipment.
Fitter U has been so well received that it is now featured in the Four Seasons’ Hotels across Canada.
Fitter U Fitness
The original Fitter U is a 12-week program and it is meant for beginners.
The inherent problem with that is that when the 12 weeks are up our clients were left with nothing to do. So, initially I suggested repeating the 2nd half of the program until I developed a sequel.
After about 2 years I finally launched the sequel. It’s called Fitter U Fitness and this new system was (and is) truly my “bread and butter”, featuring the most incredible workouts I’ve ever developed, daily social support through our Locker Room forum, and incredible fitness results.
Fitter U Fitness features higher intensity fat burning workouts and is meant for the more advanced or serious training buffs.
As it is a membership-based program, each of our team members have access to new time-efficient and portable fat burning workouts each month. These new workouts last an average of 25 minutes and for the most part can be done anywhere as they require minimal equipment.
We’ve really tried to create a team atmosphere inside the members area and our goal is have each one of our members feel like they are an integral part of a team. They are not just doing workouts on their won but they have the support of everyone else (including myself) throughout their journey!
And because one of my goals is to produce the most effective fitness programs in a unique and innovative way, we’ve added to feature of making all of the workouts available in video format as well. So members get video and MP3 versions of the workouts, 4-week training plans to organize the workouts, and PDF workout trackers (and pics) for each workout!

One of my pet peeves is all the ridiculous ab gimmicks on the market that promise quick belly fat loss by doing thousands of sit-ups, crunches, or other spine contorting movements. The problem with those is that they impose huge stresses on the spine. And when you compound that with the fact that most of us spend far too much sitting, you have a recipe for low-back disaster.
